Franchise Requirements

  • INITIAL FEE

    Upfront fee of $45,000 for the right to operate a KaleMart24 unit.

  • ROYALTY

    Ongoing payments based on 5% of your gross sales. The royalty is paid on a monthly basis.

  • MARKETING

    A contribution of 1% of your gross sales for national marketing. The Marketing fee is paid on a monthly basis and is used for advertising and other promotional activities.

  • TRAINING

    A free initial training at our head office in Montreal, QC to learn about the business operations, customer service, and other aspects of the franchise.

  • LOCATION STANDARDS

    Close-to-home or on the way to work locations are paramount to take advantage of the important food on-the-go category. Our preferred developments are Metro stations, Universities, Downtown urban cores, Malls and Airports. The store size varies from 500 sq. ft. to 1,500 sq. ft.

  • INITIAL INVESTMENT

    The estimated total cost to start and operate a KaleMart24 unit ranges between $200,000 and $450,000. This cost includes store design, store construction, equipment, inventory, grand opening and working capital.
