Victor’s career spans some of North America’s most respected brands. Most notably, he served 14 years at McDonald’s Canada, including as Vice President of the Ontario Region, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar market with over 500 restaurants and 100 franchisees, as well as senior national roles in operations, franchising, finance, and real estate development.
He has also held senior leadership positions at Canadian Tire, supporting large-scale retail and petroleum projects; Boston Pizza, where he was SVP Operations & Development for nearly 400 franchised restaurants; and Extendicare / ParaMed Home Health Care, leading nationwide operations across 17 divisions. More recently, Victor served as Interim CEO of Ronald McDonald House Toronto, providing leadership stability during a transition period.
