01Store ManagerCA$45,000 – CA$55,000 per year · In person
Lead the day-to-day operations of your KaleMart24 store, your team’s performance and an excellent customer experience. You make sure every part of the store meets our standards for quality, service, presentation and efficiency.
Store operations
- Oversee daily operations so the store runs smoothly and to KaleMart24 standards.
- Keep the store clean, organized, well stocked and ready for customers.
- Supervise openings, closings and shift changes.
- Make sure equipment, POS and technology tools work properly, and solve issues quickly.
Leadership & team
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach and motivate team members.
- Build schedules based on traffic and needs; manage absences and replacements.
- Build a positive, professional, collaborative culture and give constructive feedback.
- Lead by example on the floor when needed.
Inventory & merchandise
- Oversee ordering, receiving and restocking.
- Keep optimal stock levels and follow planograms and merchandising standards.
- Check freshness, quality and expiry dates; reduce loss and waste.
- Run periodic inventory counts and ensure proper rotation.
Sales & finances
- Track sales, KPIs and store results; find ways to grow sales and profitability.
- Control operating and labour costs and shrink.
- Manage cash and transactions rigorously; roll out promotions and campaigns.
- Reach performance targets set by the company.
Customer experience & quality
- Deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience.
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
- Supervise food and drink preparation to our recipes and procedures.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety and security standards are met.
What we’re looking for
- Experience managing retail, grocery, quick-service restaurant or similar.
- Strong leadership, organization and autonomy; able to juggle priorities.
- Results-driven with a grasp of sales, inventory, productivity and profitability.
- Comfortable with technology, POS and management software.
- Available evenings, weekends and some holidays; able to lift up to 12 kg.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a store manager, assistant manager or supervisor.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Experience with Shopify POS or similar retail systems.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Interest in wellness products, food and new consumer trends.

02Customer Experience AssociateCA$16.60 – CA$17.60 per hour · In person
You are at the heart of the KaleMart24 experience. You welcome and advise customers, prepare some orders, handle transactions and help keep the store clean, organized, welcoming and always ready to serve.
Your responsibilities
- Welcome every customer warmly and professionally.
- Advise customers on our products, menu, promotions and services.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Prepare and serve some products and drinks to KaleMart24 standards.
- Keep shelves, fridges and displays clean, organized and well stocked.
- Restock products, help receive deliveries and take part in inventory counts.
- Follow our quality, hygiene, safety and service standards.
What we’re looking for
- You enjoy customer contact and giving great service.
- Positive, punctual, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with varied tasks: service, cash, prep, restocking and cleaning.
- Retail, restaurant, grocery or customer service experience is an asset.
- Available for various shifts, including evenings, weekends and some holidays; able to lift up to 12 kg.
